Margaret Romani Mayer, CPA

     Margaret Romani Mayer is the Managing Partner of Howard L. Page & Co. LLC.  Margaret joined the firm after receiving her Bachelors of Science degree with a concentration in Accounting from Bentley College in 1975.  Over the past 18 years she has held several leadership positions within the firm, and include becoming Partner in 1993 and Managing Partner in 2000.  Margaret has served as a member of the Connecticut State Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants since 1993, and is highly regarded by the Avon community as an outstanding citizen.  Since becoming Managing Partner, Margaret has led the firm to new heights, including the 2008 Small Business of the Year award courtesy of the Avon Chamber of Commerce.  She has been a resident of Avon her entire life, and truly enjoys spending time with her family, friends, dogs, and even whipping around the race track in her racecar in under 1 minute flat.

Richard Farina, CPA

     Richard Farina is a Partner of Howard L. Page & Co. LLC and a member of the Connecticut State Society of Certified Public Accountants, as well as the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.  Richard received his Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Hartford in 1981.  Since then, he became Partner of the firm in 2000, and has over 30 years of public accounting experience.  In addition to his extensive experience, he has served on the Board of Directors of the Avon United Way, and has contributed extensively to the community.  Richard loves reading, music, and sports.  If someone were to search for the greatest UCONN sports fan, Richard would be it.

     Cheryl King graduated from the American International College in 1997 with a Bachelors of Science degree with a concentration in Accounting.  Cheryl received her Enrolled Agent certification in 2006, and has worked in a variety of industries specializing in tax and bookkeeping.  In 2007, she joined Howard L. Page & Co. LLC and quickly became a vital asset to the continued growth of the firm.  Commanding over 30 years of accounting and tax experience, she provides experience and intelligence to any business decision.  When she is not doing what she does best, Cheryl loves to dance, exercise, play sports and word games, and spend time with her loving family.

David Ledas

     David Ledas graduated from the University of Hartford in 2008 with a Bachelors of Science degree with a concentration in Accounting and is a member of the Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants.  David is currently pursuing his CPA, and is expected to complete the examinations by the conclusion of 2011.  David has over 6 years of public accounting experience specializing in attestation and taxation services.  He joined Howard L. Page & Co. LLC in 2010 and has an unrivaled knowledge of public accounting and technology.  In addition to his personal experience as a public accountant, David plays a major role in leading the growth of the firm.  David takes pride in his work, and enjoys time with his family, playing sports, and watching movies.

Mary Ann Mitchell has served as the foundation of the firm for over 35 years. She is the office encyclopedia that has an answer for any question, and enjoys gardening, bowling, and spending time with her family.

Irene Najman
Receptionist

Irene Najman has been with Howard L. Page & Co. LLC for over 2 years. Prior to her secretarial duties with the firm, Irene holds over 20 years of experience in the banking industry specializing in customer service. She enjoys seasonal gardening and cooking.
